1. How are Kushi candles made?

2. Do you offer product samples?

We offer a complimentary product sample with every order.

3. What are your processing times?

Orders are processed within 3 working days.

4. How quickly will I receive my order?

Our standard free delivery is shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class. This means you should receive your order within 3-5 days of shipping. In peak season such as Christmas, this may be longer.

5. Are you CLP compliant?

Yes, Kushi Candle Co. is CLP compliant.

6. How long do your candles burn for?

At Kushi Candle Co. our candles are made to burn longer than most traditional candles. Our candles on average last from 50 to 60 hours with a proper burn.

7. How do I learn how to care for my candle?

Please make the most of your Kushi candle by following the instructions in the user leaflet that comes with each candle. You can also find these instructions on our Guide to Candle Care

8. What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. We offer exchanges and refunds within 14 days of purchase. As we are a small business, postage costs will not be covered by Kushi Candle Co. Ltd.

9. What is the life span of your candles?

We recommend burning your candles within one year for peak performance.

10. Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the UK. We are not shipping overseas at the moment.

11. I am having a problem with my order?
